When this event location's address is 85554 Blue Ridge Parkway, you know you're about to experience two-wheel nirvana. New for 2026, this MOA Getaway is located at milepost 86 on perhaps America's best National Scenic Byway. The property features a majestic lodge on the banks of the glistening Abbott Lake.
Ask any seasoned motorcyclist and they will tell you that America has three iconic roads. Each of them should be on every rider's to-do list. Pacific Coast Highway on the western coast, the "Mother Road" Route 66 for crossing America and the 469-mile Blue Ridge Parkway. The entire parkway is part of one of nation's greatest national parks. With every mile, there seems to be another incredible scenic overlook to gaze in wonder at Mother Nature's beauty and grab a photo.
This event has a lot more to offer than just experiencing the parkway. It is located close to the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest, which will offer guest looking for an adventure experience a lot of big-bike friendly miles to enjoy a more primitive experience. The street riding in this region of Virginia is some of the most enjoyable and scenic America has to offer. The many small communities nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains offer some the most authentic hospitality you can find. You will have plenty of time to indulge in southern Appalachia comfort food or enjoy more modern choices.
If you enjoy history, the famous Greenbrier Hotel secretly housed the underground Pentagon (The Greenbrier Bunker) at White Sulpher Springs, West Virginia. It is a short 70-mile ride away and you can enjoy a great lunch after taking a tour of what was once the biggest secret in America during the Cold War area.

Event supporter “Back Roads of Appalachia” will be on hand to offer guests free route programming in the Appalachia region.
Saturday night will feature a dinner banquet, cash bar and thousands of dollars of industry door prizes from Rides4Fun supporters and sponsors.
